UNSAID. intends to support initiatives promoting racial equality, dignity and opportunities for Black communities. Details of any active donation program will be published on our website once confirmed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently plan to serve customers in France and Switzerland. Available shipping destinations are confirmed at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Our pieces are produced on demand, meaning your item is made after you place your order.
Production and delivery times depend on the item, print provider and destination. Available estimates are displayed during checkout or in your order confirmation.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and the products ordered. The applicable shipping charge is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping is not free. It is charged separately on every order, including orders that use the UNSAID DUO. or UNSAID TRIO. offers.
Any applicable import charges will be disclosed according to our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?

Returns & orders
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t offer voluntary exchanges or returns for change of mind where the law does not require them.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?

Always follow the instructions on the garment’s care label.
To help preserve printed designs, wash items inside out according to the manufacturer’s care instructions and avoid ironing directly over the print.

Can I order from France in euros?
Yes, when our French market is enabled. Prices are displayed in euros for France and Swiss francs for Switzerland, according to the selected market.

The UNSAID DUO. is a promotional offer for two eligible statement T-shirts.
Proposed offer:

The UNSAID TRIO. is a promotional offer for three eligible statement T-shirts.
- France: €99.90 for three eligible T-shirts.

Each T-shirt counts towards one offer only. The offer cannot be combined with incompatible discount codes.

What is MAKE IT A SET.?
MAKE IT A SET. allows you to discover and select another eligible statement T-shirt to build your own two-piece set.

Can I combine promotional codes?
Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers and discount codes cannot be combined.
