Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Made to order

Every UNSAID. piece is printed on demand by our production partner, which means your item is made after you place your order. Production and delivery times depend on the item and the destination. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Shipping costs

Shipping is not free. It is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the items in your order, and it is shown before you pay. Shipping is charged on every order, including orders using the UNSAID Duo or Trio offers.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of production may be subject to import duties and taxes (for example to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States). These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Wrong, damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with your legal rights.
