Every UNSAID. piece is printed on demand after you order. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You must then send the item back within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost of your order within 14 days of receiving the item back, using your original payment method.

Change of mind (other countries)

Outside the cases where the law requires it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including size exchanges, because each item is made specifically for your order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund you at no extra cost. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Because production starts quickly, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once your item is in production.
